Do you find yourself in an in-between space?
Perhaps your church or ministry is navigating a time of challenge, growth, or transition. Or maybe you find yourself as a leader or as a community feeling somewhat stuck, and wondering what God might have for you next. Have you ever wished there was someone who could roll up their sleeves and and offer you some support?
Let me meet you there.
I can serve as a collaborative partner, a calm presence, and a source of wisdom and guidance. God is already at work in your community bringing about newness, wholeness, and life. I am there as a extra pair of hands, a new voice, and a resource. I don’t show up with answers, methods, or even tools per se. I do not offer a system or a step by step process, but a functional relationship that offers:
- fresh perspective to get “unstuck” or see new possibilities
- a guide and support to discernment
- an emphasis on healing, wholeness, and sustainability for the leadership and the community
- a connection to new resources for care, education, and support
- a collaborative working style
- someone to talk with through challenges, obstacles, and possibilities
One on One
I meet with pastors and other ministry leaders individually, to talk, pray, and work together through the unique challenges of life in ministry.
Communities
I work more broadly within a community for a set period of time, generally 3- or 6- months, to help navigate the season you find yourselves in from within.
Where to begin?
Our work together begins with an initial consultation. It will be a time to get to know each other, for me to learn about your community, your ministry, and the journey you find yourself on. I work in a collaborative, relational way, and a consultation is the ideal way to spend some time in discernment, seeking the ways that God may have for us to work together.
Anna’s work could be called a “ministry of navigation.” Her God-given gifts and experience were incredibly refreshing and equipping: with new vocabulary, thought-processes, and approaches in a time of volatility for people. For me, she has been a wonderful shepherd, opening up the liminal space between what is and what could be in this new season of ministry.
